About check-in
Q.What time can I check in?
A.Check-in is possible from 4pm.
Q.What time is check-out?
A.Check-out is at 10am
Q.Can I leave my luggage at the facility before check-in?
A.You can leave it in your room after 12:00 on the day of check-in.
Q.I would like to know how to check in.
A.There is a key box containing the key at the entrance of the facility.
The day before your check-in,
we will send you the passcode for the key box to you.
Q.I would like to know how to check out.
A.Just return the key to the key box at the entrance of the facility when checking out.
Q.Can I check in early?
A.Check-in is from 4pm. If you would like to leave your luggage earlier, please let us know in advance.
Q.Can I have a late check-out?
A.Late check-out is generally not available. However, it may be possible depending on room availability. Please let us know in advance.
Q.Can I leave my luggage after checking out?
A.It is not possible for you to leave your luggage with us after checking out.

A.You are welcome to take home Slippers, blush, razor, cotton set, and shower cap.
Q.Can I stay with my pet?
A.This facility does not allow guests to bring pets.
